We were completely dazzled by Sarah Domet’s debut novel, THE GUINEVERES, about four girls inexplicably named Guinevere, all left by their parents to be raised by nuns, and the year in which Vere, Gwen, Ginny, and Win’s friendship is tested when four comatose soldiers arrive at the convent.

We’re not the only ones impressed—THE GUINEVERES has two starred reviews and will be reviewed in the November issue of O, The Oprah Magazine and included in ELLE Magazine‘s “Trust Us” section in the October issue!

“With polished prose, Domet offers an unsettling, melancholy first novel whose tone echoes that of Jeffrey Eugenides’s THE VIRGIN SUICIDES. This phenomenal, character-driven story is mesmerizing, with just a glimmer of hope that good can emerge from the most troublesome situations.”
Library Journal, starred review

“Domet’s debut is a luminous bildungsroman, brimming with wisdom about how girls view themselves, each other, and the world around them.”

THE GUINEVERES will be available on October 4, 2016 from Flatiron Books.
