Liane Moriarty ARCs are HERE!

Truly Madly Guilty ARCsGorgeous ARCs of Liane Moriarty’s new book, TRULY MADLY GUILTY, just arrived in the office and we are FREAKING. OUT!

Moriarty’s first new novel in two years takes on marriage, sex, parenthood, and friendship in a domestic drama centered around a mystery: what happened at the BBQ?

We’re bringing lots of copies to Library Journal‘s Day of Dialog (we hope you’ll be there to get one & hear from Moriarty’s editor Amy Einhorn), but we have a limited number of copies available to public librarians actively nominating titles for LibraryReads.

To request a print ARC, please email library@macmillanusa.com from your library-issued account with the subject “Truly Madly Guilty” and your mailing address.

Remember, July LibraryReads nominations are due May 20. We’ve got more books for you to read & recommend right here. readmoreremove

Introducing Flatiron Books!

FlatironBooks-ShelfDedicatedToday’s dedicated issue of Shelf Awareness gives a warm welcome to Flatiron Books, Macmillan’s new imprint headed up by Bob Miller.

Flatiron Books’ first list of seven titles is set for Winter 2015, although they do have one major Fall 2014 title: WHAT I KNOW FOR SURE by Oprah Winfrey. When the imprint gets up to full speed, it’ll publish five to six books every month, a range of nonfiction (including cookbooks) and fiction with Amy Einhorn as publisher.

“We’re looking for distinctive ideas from unique voices,” Miller said, and emphasized that the staff will select books they feel passionate about. Einhorn said that Flatiron’s fiction will feature authors who are “wonderful writers and incredible storytellers” in all areas from literary and commercial fiction to young adult crossover.
