Congratulations to Charles Cumming who won the CWA Ian Fleming Steel Dagger Award for his thriller A FOREIGN COUNTRY!  The judges said that A FOREIGN COUNTRY has "a gripping premise, expertly sustained, lots of believable spycraft and memorable supporting characters."
